CONSONS Electronic Technology Ltd. provides turnkey electronics manufacturing services, including PCB design, PCB and FPC fabrication, component sourcing, DFM and DFT review, SMT and PTH assembly, IC programming, functional testing, cable assembly, and box-build support. Our products are used in consumer electronics, security systems, automotive electronics, industrial controls, medical equipment, and other applications.
Established in 2006, CONSONS operates a 35,000-square-meter manufacturing facility with 15 automated SMT lines and 4 DIP assembly lines. We support customers from product concept and prototyping through volume production and final assembly, with annual capacity exceeding 10 million PCBA units.
More than 70% of our products are exported to Western Europe, North America, Australia, Southeast Asia, and other markets. We support prototypes, small batches, and volume production across single-product and multi-model programs. Our goal is to provide reliable electronics manufacturing services, responsive communication, and practical technical support.
