Our Quality Control Process

CONSONS sources components and materials through qualified suppliers and approved channels. Supplier performance is reviewed through qualification records, incoming inspection results, quality feedback, and periodic evaluations. Material and component requirements are checked against the BOM and project specifications before production.

Incoming PCBs, components, and materials are checked against the customer’s BOM, drawings, and purchasing specifications. Warehouse personnel verify labels, quantities, packaging, and traceability information, while engineering or quality staff perform additional checks when required. Materials are identified and stored according to their handling and moisture-control requirements.

Quality controls are applied throughout PCBA production. The process can include solder paste verification, first-article inspection, component placement checks, reflow profile control, AOI, PTH assembly inspection, and in-process quality review. Moisture-sensitive PCBs and components are baked or handled according to applicable process requirements to reduce soldering defects and improve process stability.

PCBs and PCB assemblies are inspected according to the project requirements. Available controls can include visual inspection, electrical testing, AOI, X-ray inspection, IC programming, and functional testing with customer-approved procedures or fixtures. Before shipment, finished products are reviewed for workmanship, identification, quantity, packaging, and required documentation.

Our engineers review Gerber files, drawings, and BOMs before production and provide DFM and DFT recommendations where needed. They can help improve panel layouts, evaluate component alternatives, and address manufacturing issues during production. Project-specific inspection records, photographs, or test videos can be provided when agreed in advance.

We provide after-sales assistance according to the agreed project and warranty terms. Our team reviews customer feedback, investigates reported issues, and coordinates testing, repair, replacement, or maintenance support when applicable. We also cooperate with customer-appointed third-party inspections when required.
