Frequently Asked Questions
We provide PCB and FPC fabrication, PCB assembly, component sourcing, IC programming, inspection, functional testing, cable assembly, box build, and packaging. We also support OEM and ODM projects from prototype development through volume production.
We support single-sided, double-sided, multilayer, flexible, rigid-flex, aluminum, metal-core, high-frequency, and other application-specific PCBs. Available materials, layer counts, finishes, and design rules depend on the project requirements.
Yes. Our engineering support can include schematic review, PCB layout, BOM review and cost optimization, DFM and DFT analysis, board bring-up, testing, and design improvement recommendations. The exact scope is confirmed before the project begins.
Our 35,000-square-meter facility includes 15 automated SMT lines and 4 DIP assembly lines, with annual capacity exceeding 10 million PCBA units. We support SMT, PTH/DIP, and mixed-technology assembly for prototypes, small batches, and volume production, together with project-specific inspection and testing.
Available finishes can include HASL, lead-free HASL, ENIG, OSP, immersion tin, immersion silver, hard gold for edge connectors, and carbon ink where required. The recommended finish depends on the PCB design, application, storage requirements, and budget.
We support materials including FR-4, aluminum, metal-core laminates, Rogers high-frequency materials, halogen-free materials, and polyimide for flexible circuits. Material availability is confirmed during quotation.
Our quality and production controls can support applicable ISO, automotive, medical, UL, RoHS, REACH, and IPC requirements. Please share your product and market requirements so we can confirm the relevant certification, compliance, and inspection scope.
Yes. Our engineers can review Gerber files, drawings, and the BOM and recommend changes that may improve manufacturability, testability, quality, component availability, or cost.
Please provide the Gerber files, BOM, PCB specifications, quantity, testing requirements, and any other project instructions. For box-build projects, please also provide enclosure drawings, assembly files, and packaging requirements where applicable.
Minimum order quantity depends on the PCB design, materials, components, assembly process, and testing requirements. Contact us with your project files and required quantity so we can recommend a suitable production plan.
Lead time depends on the PCB type, component availability, order quantity, assembly process, and testing requirements. We confirm the estimated prototype or production lead time after reviewing the complete project files.
Depending on the project, we can provide visual inspection, AOI, X-ray inspection, electrical testing, IC programming, functional testing, and customer-specified test procedures.
Available payment methods and commercial terms are confirmed in the quotation or pro forma invoice. Please contact our sales team for the options available for your order and destination.
Yes. We provide technical and after-sales support based on the agreed project and warranty terms. Our team can assist with product issues, testing feedback, maintenance requirements, and follow-up production.
