Our capabilities include single-sided, multilayer, flexible, rigid-flex, high-frequency, aluminum, metal core, and high-voltage PCBs. We can support protype orders, small batches, and volume production.
Our PCBA service combines PCB manufacturing with component assembly. We provide SMT, DIP/PTH, and mixed assembly for different board designs. Our team can also support component sourcing, chip programming, inspection, and testing to provide a complete assembly solution.
We provide Flexible Printed Circuit solutions for products that need thin and flexible circuit boards. FPCs can fit into small or tight spaces and work well for products that require flexible connections. Our FPC capabilities support different designs, sizes, materials, and applications.
Surface finish protects exposed copper on the PCB and provides a good surface for soldering. We offer different surface finishing according to the board design and applications. Our capabilities include HASL, lead-free HASL, immersion gold, ENIG, and gold finger finishes.
Some electronic products produce a lot of heat during operation. Good thermal management move heat away from important components. We provide PCB solutions such as aluminum PCB and metal core PCB for applications that need better heat control.
We inspect PCBs and PCB assemblies to find possible problems before delivery. Our testing capabilities include visual inspection, electrical testing, functional testing, and production testing.
