Our Electronics Manufacturing Services

We manufacture single-sided, double-sided, multilayer, flexible, rigid-flex, aluminum, metal-core, high-frequency, and other application-specific PCBs. We support prototype quantities, small batches, and volume production according to the required materials, layer count, surface finish, and design rules.

CONSONS provides PCB assembly services for prototypes, small batches, and volume production. Our team manages component preparation, SMT and PTH assembly, soldering, inspection, programming, and testing. Customers can order bare PCBs, assembled boards, or complete turnkey manufacturing support.

Prototype production allows you to evaluate the design, components, assembly process, and product function before volume manufacturing. We can support the process from file review and component sourcing through PCB fabrication, assembly, programming, and testing.

Our quick-turn service supports urgent prototypes and selected small production runs. Lead time depends on board complexity, material availability, component sourcing, assembly requirements, and testing scope. We confirm the achievable schedule after reviewing the complete project files.

Our engineers can develop or review PCB designs according to product function, board dimensions, components, interfaces, and production requirements. We also provide Design for Manufacturing and Design for Test support to identify risks before production.

We source electronic components according to the approved BOM and project requirements. Our team checks part numbers, approved alternatives, availability, packaging, and traceability information and can coordinate component sourcing together with PCB manufacturing and assembly.

We provide SMT, PTH/DIP, and mixed-technology assembly for a wide range of PCB designs. Available services include solder paste printing, component placement, reflow soldering, wave or selective soldering, manual assembly, IC programming, inspection, and functional testing.

We provide after-sales assistance according to the agreed project and warranty terms. Our team can help investigate product issues, review testing feedback, coordinate repairs or replacements, and support follow-up production requirements.
